Well, not entirely:
1) When I said I wanted to write more serious things, I meant it. When I published it yesterday, I meant it. When I went to bed that night, I still meant it. When I woke up this morning, I was not too sure anymore. That's the thing with sleeping: it messes with your head. Avoid it at all costs.
2) When I said I wanted to have my own, dedicated website rather than a Tumblr account, I also meant it - and I still do (woo hoo!). Not for any morally founded reasons, tho: I just like having my own thing without the Tumblr menu anywhere in sight, or having to download the app when I click on a Facebook link. I just feel more free now. Although I had to pay for that freedom. Such is the irony of life. And modern capitalism.
However, a few words of caution:
1) I have been known to change my mind, to the point my family doesn't care anymore (true story). And to the point I don't know anymore - clearly. In other words, I may pretend to be a philosopher again tomorrow, until time, people or my own writing prove me wrong.
2) I like cats. It doesn't have anything to do with the rest of this post, but I figured I needed a second bullet point for that part to balance out the first one. This is me being rational.
